Seaside Business/Vacation Rental License

Any person(s) doing business, for profit, inside the city limits of Seaside is required by City ordinance to have a City of Seaside business license. This includes commercial, home and out-of-city locations. Applications may be obtained either in person at City Hall located at 989 Broadway in Seaside, by mail, or by calling 503.738.5511
 
Business/Vacation Rental Licenses are renewed annually in January and are good through December.
