City Council Executive Session

City of Seaside, Oregon -- Notice is hereby given that the Seaside City Council will conduct an Executive Session that has been added to the agenda for Monday, May 23, 2022, City Council meeting.              The purpose of the Executive Session is for Council to conduct an Executive Session in Accordance with ORS 192.660 (2) (a) Regarding Employment of Public Officers, Employees, and Agents.

The Public Meetings Law authorizes governing bodies to meet in executive session in certain limited situations. ORS 192.660. An “executive session” is defined as “any meeting or part of a meeting of a governing body which is closed to certain persons for deliberation on certain matters.”
