March 22, 2021 -- With Clatsop County's staying in the Low Risk Category due to the ongoing Coronavirus pandemic, it also permitted the Seaside City Council to resume in-person meetings. The Monday, March 22, 2021 meeting, scheduled to begin at 7:00 p.m, occupancy at City Hall will be limited to 25 people for the time being and until gathering restrictions loosen further or are removed completely. Those wishing to make public comment can do so in one of two ways.

Option 1: Citizens may provide written comment, in person at City Hall, or send comments via email to publiccomment@cityofseaside.us. Written comments must be received no later than 5 p.m. on the night of a council meeting (2nd and 4th Mondays of the Month).

Option 2: For in-person comments, the council asks that you limit speaking to four minutes. If capacity is reached, a line will be formed outside of City Hall on the north side of the building and those wishing to make comment will be allowed in once it's time to speak.

Council meetings are also streamed live via the City's YouTube and Facebook pages.
