Notice of a Special Meeting - City Council Executive Session

NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING City of Seaside, Oregon

Notice is hereby given that the Seaside City Council will conduct a Special Meeting on Monday,  May 2, 2022, at 6:00 PM, in the Conference Room, at Seaside City Hall, 989 Broadway. The purpose of the special meeting is for Council to conduct an Executive Session in Accordance with ORS 192.660 (2) (a) Regarding Employment of Public Officers, Employees, and Agents.

The Public Meetings Law authorizes governing bodies to meet in executive session in certain limited situations. ORS 192.660. An “executive session” is defined as “any meeting or part of a meeting of a governing body which is closed to certain persons for deliberation on certain matters.”
