Yard Sale Permit

No individual or group of individuals shall be granted more than two (2) three day permits in a calendar year.
Only one (1) on-premise sign, not to exceed six (6) square feet shall be placed within the property of the sale.
Only two (2) off-premise signs, not to exceed six (6) square feet are permitted and they shall NOT be posted on utility poles, regulatory signs or posts, sidewalks, or other public right-of-way. Signs posted on private property must be with the permission of the owner of such property.
All signs must be removed within twenty-four hours of the conclusion of the sale.
Display of sale mercahndise must be within the residence, garage, carport, and/or in the yard of the residence.
Merchandise offered for sale is the personal property of the individuals involved in the sale and that the items for sale are not purchased or co-signed to the applicant for resale under this permit.
