Human Resources
The City of Seaside Human Resources Department is responsible for the administration of personnel policies, employee relations, employee benefits, classification, personnel records, labor relations and regulations, performance management, workplace safety, collective bargaining and contract interpretation, and serving as a resource to department heads in all matters involving employees.
The Human Resource Department also manages the City’s Risk Exposure and Insurance Programs, which include property, casualty, liability, employee benefits and workers’ compensation coverage.
