Please use this form to report any hazards, graffiti, service requests, or other concerns so the appropriate Public Works staff are notified and can respond and resolve the issue. If this is an issue that has the potential to cause significant damage to public or private property or is a serious safety hazard and requires immediate Public Works attention, please call 503-738-5112.
