Upcoming Steering Committee Meeting

THE FIRST STEERING COMMITTEE MEETING FOR THE CITY OF SEASIDE'S COMPREHENSIVE PLAN UPDATE IS SCHEDULED FOR SEPTEMBER 18, 2023, AT 5 P.M.

The Comprehensive Plan Steering Committee will have its first meeting on Monday at 5 p.m. in the City Council Chambers at City Hall. These meetings are open to the public and will be broadcast live via the City of Seaside's YouTube channel. The Comprehensive Plan is a pivotal document that serves as the City's blueprint for the next few decades. It covers topics like land use, economic development, environmental sustainability, natural resources, public facilities, transportation, and more. The policies established within the Comprehensive Plan will serve as guiding principles for the city for the next 20 - 30 years. 

For those eager to delve deeper into the Comprehensive Plan update, the project's website (www.seaside2050.com), is now live and contains an archive of past comprehensive plans and details on how to get involved. Our project calendar will be updated regularly with meeting and event dates as well as access to pertinent documents related to the progress of vital projects. Your input is highly valued, and your insights will contribute significantly to shaping the future of Seaside.
