Public meetings are broadcast live via the City of Seaside's YouTube channel.
To provide public comment virtually or via phone please register using the Public Comment Registration webform.
To listen or participate by Zoom phone only for any of the below meetings, please call (971) 247-1195. You'll then need the Zoom ID and Password listed below for each meeting.
City Council Meetings (2nd and 4th Monday of month)
City Council meetings are held on the 2nd and the 4th Monday of each month at 6 p.m. at City Hall (989 Broadway). Please follow the instructions below to attend virtually. Please register if you wish to provide public comment at a City Council meeting. The City Council meeting agenda and packet is available the Friday before the meeting. Please note that work sessions (when held) begin at 5 p.m. but generally do not contain a public comment section.

Planning Commission Meetings (1st Tuesday of month)
Planning Commission meetings are held on the 1st Tuesday of each month at 6 p.m. at City Hall (989 Broadway). Please follow the instructions below to attend virtually. Please register if you wish to provide public comment at a Planning Commission meeting. The Planning Commission meeting agenda and packet is available 7 days prior to the meeting.

2024 Budget Meetings
The 2024-2025 Budget Meeting process will begin on Wednesday, March 6, 2024 at 3 p.m. with presentations by non-profit organizations seeking financial assistance from the City of Seaside. Additional meeting times will be set at the first meeting, though the electronic meeting access will remain the same for all meetings. Please register if you wish to provide public comment at the meeting where public comment can be made. The budget packet, once it is complete, will be available by clicking this link.
