Infrastructure/Improvements / Funding:
City budgeted projects, Tiedown chains - new ones going in but need shortening, Ramp layout for hangars, Bayview property line question, State funding, projects & PMP, Federal & CIP, ALP update, Port of Astoria request
Maintenance / Safety / Security:
Airside - runway / taxiways, windsocks (main one needs replacing with proper regulation size), beacon, lights / reflectors)
Groundskeeping ◦ Mowing, safety protocols ◦ Work party cleanup etc.
Cameras / website / internet (tourism dept. help?)
Condition of gates, locks, fencing, signage (some signage is old / faded, replace?)
Cell tower obstruction eval, read the FAA letter
Operations: Local, Visitors/logs, Commercial, charters, air tours, Military
Services/Promotion/Events:
Shed & visitor amenities, Bikes & equipment, Website & social media, Fly-In 2023 – poker run? and funding
Regulatory Review:
Airport zoning/Gearhart
