City Council Public Comment Access Instructions

City Council Meetings are held on the 2nd and the 4th Monday of each month at 7pm at City Hall (989 Broadway). Please follow the instructions below to provide public comment. City Council agendas are available the Friday before the meeting. 

To register and provide comments virtually for a City Council meeting, please do the following: 

  1. Register using the Public Comment Registration webform. 
  2. Download the Zoom software.
  3. Register following the instructions in Zoom.
  4.  Test your system
  5. Prepare your comments.
  6. Review the Public Comment Rules of Conduct.
  7. Access the meeting via this link or in the following way:
    1. Join the meeting using the current City Council Zoom ID and password.
    2. Raise your virtual hand.
    3. Don't forget that you must have registered prior to speaking via the Public Comment Registration webform.
