Planning Commission Public Comment Access Instructions
The Planning Commission meetings are held on the 1st Tuesday of each month. The Planning Commission agenda and packet is available 7 days prior to the meeting.
To register and provide comments virtually on Planning Commission meetings, please do the following:
- Register using the Public Comment Registration webform.
- Download the Zoom software.
- Register following the instructions in Zoom.
- Test your system.
- Prepare your comments.
- Review the Public Comment Rules of Conduct.
- Access the meeting via this link or in the following way:
- Join the meeting using the current Planning Commission Zoom ID and password.
- Raise your virtual hand.
- Don't forget that you must have registered prior to speaking via the Public Comment Registration webform.
