Planning Commission Public Comment Access Instructions

The Planning Commission meetings are held on the 1st Tuesday of each month. The Planning Commission agenda and packet is available 7 days prior to the meeting. 

To register and provide comments virtually on Planning Commission meetings, please do the following: 

  1. Register using the Public Comment Registration webform
  2. Download the Zoom software.
  3. Register following the instructions in Zoom.
  4. Test your system
  5. Prepare your comments.
  6. Review the Public Comment Rules of Conduct.
  7. Access the meeting via this link or in the following way:
    1. Join the meeting using the current Planning Commission Zoom ID and password.
    2. Raise your virtual hand.
    3. Don't forget that you must have registered prior to speaking via the Public Comment Registration webform.
