Telephone Public Comment Access Instructions

To access a City Council or Planning Commission Meeting by phone:

1. Register using the Public Comment Registration Form.
2. Prepare your comments. 
3. Review the Public Comment Rules of Conduct.
4. Access the meeting by calling 971-247-1195 at the start of the meeting.
5. Enter the meeting ID for the meeting you are attending.
