City of Seaside Public Hearing Notice

CITY OF SEASIDE NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING CITY COUNCIL

Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Seaside will conduct a public hearing Monday, April 22, 2024, at 6:00 PM, in the Council Chambers, at Seaside City Hall, 989 Broadway. The purpose of the hearing is to take public testimony concerning a proposal to vacate certain property in the City of Seaside. The Seaside City Council intends to vacate the following described property, in the City of Seaside, County of Clatsop, State of Oregon:

A portion of 20th Avenue that extends from N. Holladay Dr. east to the Necanicum River. That the City Manager is hereby directed to give notice as provided for in Oregon Revised Statutes, Chapter 271.

All interested persons are invited to attend the meeting and submit oral testimony in favor of or in opposition to the proposal.

You may provide public comment in four (4) different methods:

In-person (meetings are held at Seaside City Hall - 989 Broadway, Seaside, OR)

Via Zoom web conference,

Via Zoom on a cellular or landline telephone,

Written comments may be submitted via e-mail to publiccomment@cityofseaside.us or in person at Seaside City Hall (989 Broadway, Seaside, OR)

Written testimony is also welcome but should be submitted by 4:00 PM, Monday, April 22, 2024, to be included with the information provided to the City Council.
