Seismic Rehabilitation of Seaside Fire & Rescue Fire Station and Police Department Building the City of Seaside, Oregon

PROPOSALS DUE Thursday, August 30, 2022, 5:00 PM PST

REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS FOR ENGINEERING AND ARCHITECTURE SERVICES The City of Seaside (The City) is seeking proposals from qualified engineering and architecture firms to provide professional engineering and architecture services for the Seismic Rehabilitation of the Seaside Fire & Rescue Fire Station and the Seaside Police Department Building. The Seaside Fire & Rescue Fire Station is located at 150 N. Lincoln, Seaside, Oregon. The Seaside Police Department is located at 1091 S. Holladay, Seaside, Oregon.

Interested firms are advised to attend a Mandatory Pre-Proposal Meeting scheduled on August 2, 2022, at 2:00 PM, PST, at the Seaside Fire & Rescue Fire Station.

All interested firms must submit a Proposal pursuant to the requirements set forth in the RFQ. Proposals shall be submitted electronically to Fire Chief Joey Daniels at jdaniels@cityofseaside.us.

All proposals must be received by August 30, 2022, at 5:00 PM, PST. LATE PROPOSALS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
