Online Crime Reporting Form

To report a life threatening crime or situation, call 911. For other active crimes, call the Seaside Police non-emergency line (503) 738-6311.


This form is for reporting certain incidents/crimes that took place in the City of Seaside, Oregon. Items with an asterisk (*) are required.

Please use this form for reporting the following crimes:

  • Property Theft
  • Lost Property - when there is no evidence of a crime but a report is desired.
  • Theft of a bicycle
  • Report of harassing phone calls or messages
  • Vandalism - damaging, destroying, or defacing personal property
  • Theft from a vehicle
  • Mail or Identity Theft
  • "Cold" case reports (over 24 hours old)
