NOTICE OF SPECIAL EXECUTIVE SESSION MEETINGS, City of Seaside, Oregon

Notice is hereby given that the Seaside City Council will conduct an Executive Session Meeting on Monday, March 27, 2023. This is part of the agenda item for City Council meeting on Monday, March 27, 2023, at Seaside City Hall, 989 Broadway. The purpose of the executive session meetings:

Council to conduct an Executive Session in Accordance with ORS 192.660 (2) (e) Regarding deliberations with persons designated to negotiate real property transactions

The executive session is being held pursuant to ORS 192.660 (2)(e), Regarding deliberations with persons designated to negotiate real property transactions

The meeting location is accessible to persons with disabilities. A request for an interpreter for the hearing impaired or for other accommodations for persons with disabilities should be made at least 48 hours prior to the executive session. The Public Meetings Law authorizes governing bodies to meet in executive session in certain limited situations. ORS 192.660. An “executive session” is defined as “any meeting or part of a meeting of a governing body which is closed to certain persons for deliberation on certain matters.”
