Planning Commission Meeting (electronic)

The regularly scheduled Seaside Planning Commission meeting for Tuesday, March 2, 2021 has been scheduled via Zoom. In accordance with ORS 192.610 to 192.690, this meeting is being conducted in electronic form and conforms to guidelines set forth on public meeting law. 

INSTRUCTIONS FOR THOSE WISHING TO MAKE PUBLIC COMMENT

Members of the public and media wishing to address the commission during any public comment period will be able to join the webinar as an “attendee.” Attendees will be able to view the Webinar on a desktop, laptop or mobile device such as a smartphone or iPad by using the following link:

PUBLIC COMMENT AND SPEAKING DURING THE MEETING

ONLINE ATTENDEES: Attendees will be in view/listen only mode throughout the duration of the webinar/meeting except during any public comment portion of the meeting. Attendees will be able to “virtually” raise their hands by “clicking on the control panel” at the bottom of their screen and with permission from the host be recognized to speak, if designation is given and made.

PHONE ATTENDEES: For attendees that call in, you will need to press *9 to raise your hand. *6 allows you to unmute your phone when you are called upon to speak.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR THOSE WISHING NOT TO SPEAK AND SIMPLY VIEW/LISTEN TO MEETING

For those who plan to VIEW ONLY, the council meeting will also be broadcast live via the City of Seaside’s YouTube page. Should the live stream service not be available, it will also be recorded and uploaded following the meeting.
