Seaside Dog License

NOTE: This online form is for dog license in Seaside, OREGON. 

All dogs residing within city limits age six months or with permanent canine teeth must be licensed annually with proof of current rabies vaccination.

Fees:

  • $15 annually for spayed or neutered dogs with veterinarian's certificate of operation.
  • $5 annually for citizens over age 60 or the disabled for the first dog (additional dogs are charged at regular applicable rates).
  • $30 annually for all other dogs
  • $3 replacement tags

Once your application for a dog license has been received and processed, you will be contacted to come pick up your license. All fees must be paid at that time. No license shall be valid unless the rabies immunity (as specified on the certificate) is current.  Questions? Contact the Community Service Officer at (503) 738-6311.
