Pending Land Use Decisions

The Seaside Planning Commission holds its regularly scheduled meetings on the first Tuesday of each month at 6 pm at City Hall. The Planning Commission conducts public hearings on applicable land use requests at their regularly scheduled meeting. All interested parties are invited to attend the meeting in person or electronically. Instructions for attending the meeting can be found on the City of Seaside's website. Written testimony is also welcome and should be submitted to the Community Development Department prior to the public comment end date listed for the application. Comments may be delivered by regular mail to 989 Broadway Seaside, OR 97138, in person to the Community Development office at 1389 Avenue U, by e-mail to cdadmin@cityofseaside.us, or through the public comment web form.
